Welcome to Bolton Interfaith Council

The mission of the Bolton Interfaith Council is to promote harmony, understanding and co-operation between all members of the Bolton community, especially with regard to issues that relate to faith and belief.

Working for trust and understanding between all our diverse communities

The Bolton Interfaith Council consists of representatives from all major faith communities in Bolton. We work in partnership with Bolton Council,Christian Churches, Bolton Council of Mosques, Bolton Hindu Forum and various groups from the voluntary and statutory sectors.

The Interfaith Council meets to discuss and resolve any issues that arise in the community. It also has a programme of ongoing events and activities in order to promote greater awareness, understanding and trust between different faith communities in Bolton.
