The Bolton Neighbourhood Challenge is a project being managed by Bolton Interfaith Council and is being delivered in partnership with UnLtd (Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs) and NESTA (National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts). The programme offers Awards of between £500 and £5000 to entrepreneurial individuals who have innovative ideas on developing projects that address social issues in the ward areas of Rumworth, Halliwell and Great Lever in Bolton.
